Cosima Bucarelli's work explores transformation, reciprocity and cyclical return. It is informed by embodied methods of making — movement, stream-of-consciousness writing, spoken instruction and hands-on experimentation — through which thinking and making become inseparable. Drawing on ecofeminist and new materialist thought, that frame matter, bodies and environments as relational and co-constitutive, Cosima examines how human experience is entangled with more-than-human systems, and how cultural narratives, belief structures and symbolic language shape individual and collective realities.
