I am a multi-disciplinary artist of Alpine and Mediterranean origins creating sculptures that are mutable, organic or imply movement, as well as performances and installations.
Rooted in ecofeminist and new materialist thought, I envision my practice as a compost heap in which diverse fragments break down, transforming into
fertile ground for new forms of life to emerge.
The driving force is a will to celebrate multiplicity and metamorphosis, as well as a pursuit of the transcendent; to find the timeless, meaningful, and deeply felt within the everyday. Primarily an act of care, it is also an act of resistance; against the classifications and rhythms of capitalist and patriarchal systems that have severed us from embodied and ancestral knowledge, disrupting the communal and cyclical.
